No matter what holiday you celebrate, your Extra Mile Podcast family hopes it's a very special time of year.

Lets all take the time to stop whatever we are doing, including running, take a deep breath, and thank someone higher than ourselves for every breath and step we take forward, and every loved one who is there for us when we finish.

So how about we all take a short "Holiday Extra Mile" run together and think about what we want the fat man to bring us and our running next year. Lace'em up and lets hit the road.
