TEM 13- Episode 13

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

This weeks episode is a bit longer than usual, but hey, it's time for a LONG run anyway!

We all lost a very good friend recently when Olympic hopeful Ryan Shay collapsed and died just minutes into the time trials in New York. No matter that you may never have heard of Ryan, much less met him, he was a fellow runner striving to be the best he could be, as we all are.

John Ellis was pulled to Central Park in New York with his CUTE family for this weeks update to The Extra Mile Podcast. Not to be missed.

So give a listen to John's very special update during your next long run, then shower and hug someone close to you tightly and remind them how much they mean to you.

Hey Kevin, thanks for stopping by my blog. I really enjoy The Extra Mile podcast and am sorry I haven't called in yet with an update! I haven't run much in the past week because I've been a little under the weather, but I hope to be back running after Thanksgiving--need to work all the pumpkin pie off anyway! :)

Oh well, I hope you, Nigel, Chris, and John all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Happy running!
