TEM 22 - Episode 22

GETTING CLOSE ENOUGH TO START THINKING ABOUT IT!!






If its a bit too far away to actually begin to TRAIN for the Worldwide Half, it's JUST the right time to start some serious thought toward it! What race will you pick? Organized race? Run your own route? Half? 5k? What training program will you use?

Well, stop holding all of this in and spit it out! We want to hear whats going on in that head of yours!

Well, I'M training already! Since I can only run about 6km right now, I've got a ways to go to do a half Mary in October. :)

I'll be running my own route for the WW1/2. Don't think there are any formal events on that weekend in my neck of the woods. Have a 1/2 to get through at the end of June first though. Great motivation to train through the New Zealand winter so thanks!

I'm signed up for the Mendip Muddle, all trails and lots of hills. I know its early, but this is the perfect reminder that I'd better get back on a running plan again. Thanks!
