I've been a long time listener to this podcast- I've always enjoyed it. I am thrilled at this new idea involving Jeff Galloway. I'm currently training for a spring marathon but I plan on trying the Galloway method for a fall marathon. I look forward to following along with the Extra Mile.

I am excited about the experiment and am tempted to try the method for some fall marathon. Still need to figure out what race that might be and to try to talk a partner into it :-) Our local running store does Galloway training programs so it is certainly available here.

Can we start a Facebook group for the experiment?

love the podcast..i've been recovering from a foot injury and have been kind of run-walking anyway...maybe i'll make it my new running method...i like what jeff said about running injury free, and i can't believe he's done it so long...i have never done a marathon, but am considering joining the experiment...
